What to expect during your first GuestSpa service?Once our therapist or technician from GuestSpa arrives at your room you will be asked to fill out a Client Intake Form. The Client Intake Form is where you record any medical history, past/present injuries and other physical conditions we should be made aware of. Your massage therapist will review the Client Intake Form with you and may ask you a question or two. They will inquire about any specific areas in which you are experiencing pain or would like addressed during your massage or facial. Your therapist or technician will then quickly setup.

 

How far should I disrobe for my massage?Some clients prefer to completely disrobe, while some will remain partially clothed. Please undress to the level of your comfort. You will always be draped appropriately for all services and only the area being worked upon will be exposed.

 

Are there any guidelines for booking an appointment?Appointments must be booked a minimum of 2 hours in advance.

 

How do I handle tipping?Gratuities (tips) are optional. If you feel you are satisfied with your treatment and feel a tip is warranted, we supply a tip envelope at the beginning of the session that you may leave a little note and tip accordingly. The technician/ therapist will collect your intake form and this envelope at the end of your session. It is perfectly appropriate for you to use your discretion on the amount of the tip.

 

If I am not in my room on time, will I be charged?Yes. Your credit card is charged at the time of the booking. If you are not in your room or late to your appointment, no refunds will be given. Our policy for cancellation is 24 hours notice.

What do I do if I have any physical, medical or allergy concerns?Before your session begins, please take the time to both write on the Client In-take Form and speak to your technician/ therapist about your concerns.

 

Can I have my children be in the room during my session?We recommend that you do not have anyone else in the room during your session. We desire that you achieve the most from your experience. Keeping a clear mind free of distractions and outside interference is imperative for you to achieve maximum benefits.
